Membership & Pricing
What's included in each membership tier?

Silver (₹2,999/month): Unlimited gym access, 10 group classes/month, app
access
Gold (₹4,999/month): Everything in Silver + unlimited classes, 2 PT sessions/month, nutrition consults, 15% café discount
Platinum (₹8,999/month): Everything in Gold + personalized nutrition plans, 2 meal subscriptions/week, quarterly body scans, supplements, priority support

Are there any setup fees or hidden costs?

No hidden fees. The monthly price is all-inclusive. There's a one-time enrollment fee of ₹1,000
for admin processing, and you may purchase additional services à la carte if desired.
Do you have annual plans or discounts?

Yes! Annual memberships save 15% compared to monthly. We also offer corporate discounts and
family plans. Contact us for custom pricing.
What's your cancellation policy?

No lock-in contracts. Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. First-time members also get a 30-day
money-back guarantee if you're not satisfied.
Classes & Training
What types of classes do you offer?

We offer Strength & Conditioning, Functional Fitness, Yoga, Dance, HIIT, Pilates, Spin, Boxing,
and Recovery/Mobility sessions. Class schedule is updated monthly.
Do I need to book classes in advance?

Yes, classes can be booked via the VYVE app up to 7 days in advance. Platinum members get
priority booking. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
Are trainers certified?

All our trainers are certified by recognized bodies (ACE, NASM, ACSM) with minimum 3+ years of
experience. Our nutrition team includes registered dietitians and sports nutritionists.
Café & Nutrition
Can non-members order from the café?

Yes! The café is open to everyone. Members receive discounts. We also deliver via Swiggy and
Zomato.
How do meal subscriptions work?

Meal plans are delivered daily/weekly to your home or office based on your chosen program (Fat
Loss, Muscle Build, or Balanced). All meals are macro-counted and include nutritionist guidance.
Getting Started
Can I try before committing?

Absolutely! Book a free trial class and facility tour. No credit card required. Just fill out
the form on our Join page or call us directly.
What do I need to bring for my first class?
+
Just bring workout clothes, shoes, a water bottle, and a positive attitude! We provide towels,
mats, and all equipment. Lockers and showers are available.
What are your operating hours?

Monday-Friday: 5:30 AM - 10:00 PM
Saturday-Sunday: 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM
